All Trade Forum members who made exports between January 1, 2015 and July 1, 2016 will be automatically entered into the “The Best Exporter Contest. During the course of registration, participants shall answer questions regarding the quantity, type, and geographical scope of their exports and trade. Based on this information, as well as additional interviews taken, Forum organizers will determine winners in the following categories:
The contest involves small and medium-sized non-oil sector enterprises, registered in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan) and meeting the following requirements:
The Trade Forum organizers reserve the right to request supporting documentation to confirm the above-mentioned information.
The Award ceremony shall take place during the official Gala Dinner on October 28, 2015 at the Rixos hotel as a part of the Central Asian Trade Forum V. The winners will receive sponsor prizes, a certificate and an award statuette.
The Award committee will define the winners after the closure of the Trade Forum participants’ registration and at least 10 days before the start of the Forum. The decision will be announced as part of a protocol that also includes:
